Character Education

In these assemblies, I utilize techniques from drama and storytelling to teach "life skills" to K-6 children in a way that is accessible, exciting, and fun, often drawing lessons from familiar books or tales.

"Long after the presentation, students can be overheard recounting with each other the stories they heard or reinforcing the principles taught."

For students to prosper as individuals, key traits need to be constructed within their minds and hearts--traits that stem from respect-- respect for self and respect for others.

When children embrace characteristics such as friendship, caring, integrity and responsibility, they are more apt to recognize that they themselves and those they interact have immeasurable worth.
